Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original packaging must be included when applicable.
- Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@yourdomain.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@yourdomain.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
