  • APO/FPO addresses

International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it.

Orders over $40 ship free with tracked shipping.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Pre-order items will ship on or just before their release date.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Accessories are wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time using your order number and email address on our Order Status page.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If it's still missing, contact our support team and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
